Terms of Service

1. Agreement

InvoiceFlow is provided by HastaRex Holdings LLC. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms on behalf of the company you represent.

2. Subscriptions and billing

InvoiceFlow Pro is billed at $199 per month or $1,990 per year after a 14-day free trial. Additional users are billed at $39 per user per month or $390 per user per year. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe.

3. Usage limits

Each company may process up to 500 invoices per billing period. Contact us for a higher-volume plan. We may suspend processing once the allowance is reached.

4. Your data and how we use it

Ownership of Customer Data. "Customer Data" means the invoices, receipts, purchase orders, job, vendor and other records and information you upload, enter or create in InvoiceFlow. You assign to HastaRex Holdings LLC all of your right, title and interest in Customer Data, and HastaRex owns it. HastaRex grants you a license to access, use and export your Customer Data through the service while your subscription is active. Inside the app, each company's records are visible only to that company's users.

License to HastaRex. For any Customer Data that cannot be assigned, including material owned by a third party, you grant HastaRex Holdings LLC a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable and sublicensable license to store, copy, process, analyze, modify, combine with other data, create derivative works from, and otherwise use Customer Data to provide and improve the service, develop new products and features, train and improve artificial intelligence and machine-learning models, create Derived Data, and market and commercialize HastaRex products and services.

Usage Data and Derived Data. HastaRex owns (a) information about how our apps and websites are used, including account activity, device, browser, log, page-view and feature-usage data ("Usage Data"), and (b) aggregated, de-identified or statistical data, insights, benchmarks, price and cost indexes, models and reports created from Customer Data or Usage Data ("Derived Data").

Monetization. HastaRex may sell, license, share and otherwise commercialize Usage Data and Derived Data with third parties, including suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, contractors, lenders, insurers, researchers and data partners, for any lawful purpose. HastaRex may also share or sell Customer Data with third parties for commercial purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law, including any right an individual has to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information.

Retention. HastaRex may keep Customer Data, Usage Data and Derived Data after your subscription ends or your account is closed. Derived Data is not deleted on request. We will delete personal information where applicable law requires it. This section survives termination of these terms.

Your responsibilities. You confirm that you have all rights, permissions and consents, and have given any notices, needed for you to upload Customer Data and grant this license, including to your employees, vendors and customers, and that doing so does not breach any confidentiality or other obligation you owe to anyone.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from the billing portal in Settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
